Are these ready-made designs?

Yes. Choose your favourite design and we’ll print it as pictured: a full-wrap 320ml ceramic mug, a full-wrap 480ml tumbler or a 10cm ceramic coaster with artwork on the front.

Can I save when I buy more?

Eligible multi-buy savings apply automatically when your order qualifies. No code needed. You’ll see your discount at checkout.

Can I mix designs?

Yes. Choose any mix of Pinktober designs and products, or repeat a favourite.

Do savings stack?

No. One saving applies per order, and your bag picks the biggest. A discount code can't be added on top of a multi-buy saving: checkout keeps whichever saves you more.

How fast is delivery?

We print in the UAE and deliver in 1–3 days. Free UAE delivery from AED 200; below that, delivery is AED 25.

How do I care for my gift?

The ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe. Check the care instructions on the product page for your tumbler or coaster.

Such refusal constitutes a breach of contract and may lead to legal escalation, including filing complaints with the UAE Consumer Protection Department or initiating recovery action through UAE courts. Fann Bliss also reserves the right to block COD for future orders or require full advance payment.
3.5 Payment must be received in full before production starts, except for COD orders which are settled upon delivery in accordance with Section 3.4 and Section 7.

7.3 Customers who refuse to accept COD deliveries without valid reason (such as a product defect) will remain fully liable for the entire order amount. Such refusal constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal escalation, including formal complaints to the UAE Consumer Protection Department and debt recovery through the UAE Courts.
7.4 Fann Bliss reserves the right to block COD as a payment option for any customer who refuses delivery without valid cause, and to require full advance payment for any future orders.
