We proudly serve a range of industries, including corporate branding, events, hospitality, and personalized gifts. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services.

1.2 By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1.3 These terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, and browsers.

2. Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.3 Custom design orders require final approval by the customer before production begins.

2.4 Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information may be canceled at our discretion.

3. Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).

3.2 Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Installment options may also be available where applicable.

3.3 Bank Transfer: Customers choosing bank transfer must complete payment using the account details provided at checkout. Orders will only enter production after the transfer has been confirmed. Customers are required to use their Order Number as the payment reference to avoid delays.

3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available within the UAE with an additional fee of 3.5% of the total order value (minimum 10 AED). By choosing COD, you agree to pay the COD fee and accept that all custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects as defined under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Customers who refuse COD deliveries without valid cause will remain liable for the full order value. Such refusal constitutes a breach of contract and may lead to legal escalation, including filing complaints with the UAE Consumer Protection Department or initiating recovery action through UAE courts. Fann Bliss also reserves the right to block COD for future orders or require full advance payment.

3.5 Payment must be received in full before production starts, except for COD orders which are settled upon delivery in accordance with Section 3.4 and Section 7.

4. Shipping

4.1 We offer shipping within the UAE.

4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected method.

4.3 We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Custom Designs

5.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom design content is lawful, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and complies with our guidelines.

5.2 We reserve the right to reject any custom design that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

5.3 By submitting a design, you guarantee that you have the legal rights to use the content provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Fann Bliss.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

6.3 Return Process: To initiate a return or report an issue, please email us at info@fannbliss.com with your order number and details of the problem. We may request photos of the defective or incorrect item for verification.

6.4 Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in cases of defects or errors on our part. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

6.5 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect or error, we will ship the replacement free of charge after the original item is returned to us in its unused condition.

6.6 No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not defective if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, as all our products are custom-made.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

7.1 COD is available within the UAE with an additional fee of 3.5% of the total order value (minimum 10 AED).

7.2 By choosing COD, you agree to pay the COD fee and accept that all custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

7.3 Customers who refuse to accept COD deliveries without valid reason (such as a product defect) will remain fully liable for the entire order amount. Such refusal constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal escalation, including formal complaints to the UAE Consumer Protection Department and debt recovery through the UAE Courts.

7.4 Fann Bliss reserves the right to block COD as a payment option for any customer who refuses delivery without valid cause, and to require full advance payment for any future orders.

7.5 By placing a COD order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Fann Bliss has the right to pursue all necessary legal remedies under UAE law in the event of non-payment or wrongful refusal of delivery.

8. Product Quality and Warranty Disclaimer

8.1 At Fann Bliss, we take pride in offering premium-quality products that are carefully crafted and designed to meet the highest standards. Our materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes are selected to ensure long-lasting durability and customer satisfaction.

8.2 However, all products are provided "as is", and while we are confident in the quality of our items, we do not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 We do not guarantee that our products will meet every individual’s specific requirements or that they will perform without fault under all circumstances. Any claims about product quality or performance are based on our standards and customer feedback.

8.4 In the event of any issues related to defects or errors on our part, please refer to our Returns and Refunds section for resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fann Bliss or its content suppliers.

9.2 Customers retain ownership of their custom designs but grant Fann Bliss a non-exclusive license to use these designs for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Privacy

10.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

11.1 Fann Bliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11.2 Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

12.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

13.2 Your continued use of our website and services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
