2. Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.3 Custom design orders require final approval by the customer before production begins.
2.4 Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information may be canceled at our discretion.

3. Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).
3.2 Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Installment options may also be available where applicable.
3.3 Bank Transfer: Customers choosing bank transfer must complete payment using the account details provided at checkout. Orders will only enter production after the transfer has been confirmed. Customers are required to use their Order Number as the payment reference to avoid delays.
3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available within the UAE with an additional fee of 5% of the total order value (minimum AED 15). Customers who refuse COD deliveries without valid cause will remain liable for the full order value. Such refusal constitutes a breach of contract and may lead to legal escalation, including filing complaints with the UAE Consumer Protection Department or initiating recovery action through UAE courts. Fann Bliss also reserves the right to block COD for future orders or require full advance payment.
3.5 Payment must be received in full before production starts, except for COD orders which are settled upon delivery in accordance with Section 3.4 and Section 7.

5.2 We reserve the right to reject any custom design that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
5.3 By submitting a design, you guarantee that you have the legal rights to use the content provided.
